They recently bought a double wide trailer and live in Des Allemands which is 25 miles SW of Kenner, 3 feet above sea level where everyone has a boat in the bayou in the back yard. Note that along with the crawfish the traditional menu includes small red potatoes and short ears of corn which are dumped in the pot along with the crawfish
