Above, this is probably Martin Lewis taking apart the Clean Air Facility foundation...both the original and the added pieces when it was jacked up in 1986-87. I don't (yet) have any photos of the building itself being made to go away.

A view from upwind after the steel has been removed. The aluminum stairs are visible...but I don't know what that wood structure is in front of the pickup.
