Empty Galley

Here's what the unfinished new galley looked like on 30 December 2002. Work went on all summer to install the dish room equipment, serving line, cooking appliances, and the exhaust hoods with heat recovery equipment and the first version of the incredibly difficult ductwork and exhaust fan system.
